【Loyal Customer 5% Rebate】Terms & Conditions:

Program Duration: This rebate program applies to all orders with payment completed on or after April 1, 2025 (HKT). If for any reason the store credit is not successfully issued, NIID will not provide further notice and will not offer any compensation.

Rebate Calculation: The 5% rebate is calculated based on the "final actual payment amount" of the order (Note: This amount does not include shipping fees or the portion covered by other discounts/store credits).
Rebate Method: The rebate will be issued in the form of "Store Credit" and automatically deposited into the eligible member's account.
Issuance Time: The store credit will be issued after the order status is updated to "Completed."
Validity: Store credit is valid for one year (365 days) from the date of issuance.
Usage Restrictions: Expired store credit will automatically become void and will not be reissued. Store credit is non-transferable, cannot be combined, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is non-refundable.
